• HLT51612 Diploma of Nursing (Enrolled-Division 2 Nursing)

This course may provide employment opportunities in food services, cleaning, patient transport in a health service or aged care facility.

To ensure this course is an appropriate learning opportunity, individuals would also need to demonstrate a capacity to undertake study at the Certificate III level, this can be demonstrated via the following:

• Successful completion of Year 11 or the equivalent level of study or mature aged entry. The definition of a mature aged for SCEI’s purposes is a person over 21 years of age that hasn’t been studying at either year 12 level or university/TAFE level for at least 7 years.
• Minimum English level of IELTS 5.5 or equivalent. Individuals originating from assessment level 1 and 2 countries without the required IELTS score can undertake SCEI’s English Proficiency Test. For information on student visa assessment levels, refer to the Department of Immigration and Border Protection website (http://www.immi.gov.au).
• Must also be aged 18 or above.
• Record of vaccinations (from home country)
